I love sweet potatoes! They always remind me of fall around thanksgiving time (which by the way is my favourite time of the year 🙂 ) Sweet potatoes always add something special and exciting to every meal I add them too. So why not add them next to your burger next time? Try it out, I promise you won’t regret it!
- 4 Medium Sized Sweet Potatoes
- 4 tbls Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tbls Montreal Chicken Seasoning
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Pre-heat to oven to 400 degrees. wash and cut off the ends of the sweet potato.
Slice each sweet potato into thinly cut shaped fries.
Place parchment paper in a pan and place the cut up sweet potatoes on top of the parchment paper.
Add in all the spices and mix them all together until evenly spread
Bake in the oven for 25-35 minutes
